Terms & Conditions
BOOKING POLICY
Guests are required to pay in full upon booking. A government issued photo ID will be required upon arrival.
Dubbo Inn has a no cash policy. Our preferred payment method is online, direct debit or EFTPOS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will only be given if cancellation is made before 48 hours of the booked dates. No refund will be given in case of a no-show.
CHECK IN/OUT POLICY
Check in: 2pm
Check out: 10am
Upon vacating, guests are to leave the room in a condition similar to the start of their stay, ensure they've taken all their personal belongings, return their keys/fobs to reception and ensure payments are up to date.
BOND POLICY
A refundable bond will be collected upon arrival and will cover any damages, missing property during the occupied dates and also cover any excessive cleaning fees. The amount of the bond will vary depending on the terms of your stay. Please note: the bond will be refunded after inspection of the room and may take 3 - 7 business days to reach your account.
